Beyond Meat has soared since its trading debut in May. The boom doesn't seem to be an anomaly — dairy-free foods are also set to surge. Dairy-free yogurts, cheeses and milks have grown much faster than plant-based meat, as more consumers are looking for dairy alternatives.
