Sony says its relationship with Microsoft is ‘deepening’ following cloud tech deal

Sony has said its relationship with Microsoft is “deepening” following continued discussions around licensing the Xbox parent’s cloud server technology. Microsoft and Sony announced a “strategic partnership” in May 2019, which will result in the PlayStation maker using Microsoft Azure data centres for cloud gaming and content streaming services.
