Zappos has now lost 18% of its employees to its radical buyout offer

Last spring, online retailer Zappos gave its employees an ultimatum: adopt the company’s strategy for self-organization, or leave. The deadline for the decision just passed, and the company announced that a recent set of departures has brought the total voluntary departures to 18%.
